DMTimer object is an ActiveX wrapper for Windows
Timer API. Since MS DHTML DOM involves a lot of timer-related
services (including SetTimeout() member and more
sophisticated HTML+TIME behaviors), this invisible control is
specially targeted at Connectable
Objects feature implemented in scripter.dll unit.
